1. Scope of Supply & Engineering Standards

All EOT cranes, double girder cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, and wire rope hoists manufactured by Induct Crane System Pvt. Ltd. are engineered in accordance with Indian Standards (IS 3177, IS 807) and ASME B30.2 specifications. Final technical parameters (span, lift height, duty class M5-M8, hoisting speeds) are confirmed via approved GA drawings prior to manufacturing.

2. Installation & Site Readiness

Site erection and commissioning require that gantry runway beams, power DSL conductor rails, and structural foundations meet specified load-bearing calculations as agreed in the commercial contract.

3. Warranty & Breakdown Support

Induct Crane systems come with standard 12-month manufacturing warranty coverage against structural or mechanical defects. Breakdown tickets submitted via our digital customer portal receive priority engineer dispatch.

4. Governing Law

All contracts and agreements are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
